About the presenters
Annie Dickson is a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at DoorDash, where she works closely with the Strategy & Operations organizations of DoorDash products and services. She is responsible for leading her team in defining and driving people strategy in partnership with business leadership, including employee engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, coaching and development of senior leaders, as well as executing against company people initiatives.
Rebecca Susa is an HR Business partner, supporting small business sales at DoorDash. She is responsible for driving people engagement, organizational design, coaching and development of senior leaders, and executing against company people initiatives.
Broderick McClinton is a senior director at DoorDash, where he leads the DoorDash for Work and Large Order business lines. Broderick is responsible for building and executing on the vision for the Work and Large Order categories, recruiting and retaining top talent on his team, and working closely with cross-functional partners throughout the company.
Camilla Burraston is an Executive Assistant in Finance & Business Operations at Inflammatix, supporting HR and Recruiting teams. Originally from Durban, South Africa, Camilla has over 20 years of executive support and office management experience.
